Big thanks to Ms. Huber’s class for all your help!
We would like to send out our thanks to all the children of Ms. Huber’s class for taking the time to look at our website and let us know what they think. With their annual community walk coming up the children were looking at ways of staying healthy and reducing stress.
Ms. Huber told us “Our program works with children between the ages of 9 and 12 to educate them on the importance of staying active and healthy in order to remain mentally and physically stress free. We focus on positive ways to relieve stress through exercise and yoga, interesting ways to prepare food for better nutrition, and effective ways to communicate. Our main goal is for the children to understand that anything can be accomplished as long as you stay focused on your goal without succumbing to the obstacles of everyday living.”
One of the girls, Michelle, did some web searches at home and found a webpage page about how to remain stress free that she brought in for Ms. Huber to see. Well done Michelle we are delighted to be able to share your link about reducing stress
