We took the opportunity to make healthy savoury and sweet pancakes.
They were really fun and easy to make.
All you need is eggs, milk and plain flour.
For our savoury pancakes our topping choices were ham, stir fried onions, roasted tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms and low fat grated cheese.
For our healthy sweet pancakes our topping choices were strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and bananas with fruity low fat yoghurt.
They were very popular with everyone.
